Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to follow its progress.

How to track your order

1. Open the shipping confirmation sent to the email address used at checkout.
2. Select the tracking link or copy the tracking number into the courier's tracking page.
3. Allow the courier time to scan the parcel after collection. A newly issued tracking number may not show movement immediately.

What the delivery statuses mean

• Order confirmed: PPFA has received your order and is preparing it.
• Dispatched or in transit: The parcel has been handed to the courier and is moving through its network.
• Out for delivery: The courier is attempting delivery that day.
• Delivered: The courier has marked the parcel as delivered. Check the delivery location and with household members if you cannot find it.
• Exception or failed attempt: The courier needs another attempt or more information. Follow the courier instructions or contact PPFA if the status does not resolve.

Singapore delivery timing

Orders are normally processed within one business day. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Public holidays, peak periods, courier disruptions and incomplete address details may add time.

If tracking needs attention

Contact PPFA through the contact page and include:

• your order number;
• the name used for the order;
• the delivery postal code; and
• a short description of the issue.

If the address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has entered fulfilment.

Damage or an incorrect item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and parcel. Keep the packaging while we review the case. See the Return & Refund Policy for the full process.
