Return & Refund Policy

At Pure Passion Fishing Adventure, we supply expedition-grade tackle designed to land your dream catch. We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and Unworn: Fishing tackle that has been cast, placed in water, or used on a trip cannot be returned.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be in the original, unopened packaging with all tags, instructions, and accessories intact. Blister packs that have been cut open are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.

2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at ppfasingapore@gmail.com.

  • Singapore Customers: We will provide instructions on where to mail your package or drop it off.

  • International Customers: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or factory defect).

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Please note that slight variations in weight, length or finish within reasonable tolerance are not considered defects.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Used Tackle: Any lures, hooks, or line that show signs of use or saltwater exposure.

  • Open Terminal Tackle: Packets of hooks, swivels, or split rings that have been opened (for safety reasons).

  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance or sale items.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

5. International Returns & Shipping Costs
Since we ship from Singapore, international return shipping can be costly.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Refund Amount: For "Change of Mind" returns, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

6. European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
