Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note during expeditions: As we are an active fishing charter business, during peak expedition seasons or public holidays, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

We use Ninja Van for all local deliveries to ensure your tackle arrives safely and efficiently.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once processed (after 2 business days), Ninja Van typically delivers within 1-3 working days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free local shipping for orders over SGD $80 (unless otherwise stated during specific promotions).

International Shipping

We ship globally to the UK, USA, and beyond. We partner with Ninja Van and their international logistics partners to get expedition-grade gear to your doorstep.

  • Shipping Rates: International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package and the destination country.

  • Estimated Delivery: International delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days depending on customs clearance).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Only)
Pure Passion Fishing Adventure is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • United Kingdom & Europe: Please be aware that VAT may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival.

  • USA: Orders under $800 USD are typically duty-free, but regulations are subject to change.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us (within 2 business days of placing your order) which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window stated on your tracking link, please contact us at ppfasingapore@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ppfasingapore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
